Living the good life really can be easy
It’s 8pm and you’re finally getting the first moment of your day to yourself.  What have you been doing all day? 
Getting ready for work or the kids ready for school, attending meetings, writing emails, making phone calls, running errands, meeting with clients…and if you’re lucky – snagging a quick workout and eating a microwavable dinner before finally spending a few quality moments with your loved ones, and now taking just one moment for yourself – before it all starts again…. You are tired and run down but keep burning the candle at both ends to maintain your superstar lifestyle. You are burnt out.

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.

No diet or way of life works for everyone and I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. Health coaching is about working to create life changes to help you seek balance in your stressful lifestyle and make simple changes that will last a lifetime.  It’s about creating a healthier, happier you, so that you  feel better about yourself and your daily activities.
